I own a lot of purple things, not on purpose, it’s just a color I look good in that I like so I buy it a lot. Today a stranger (by stranger I mean cashier at Panera Bread who takes my order several times a week because I forget to pack (read: don’t feel like packing) a lunch for work. I can either look cute or eat cheap, I am not the type of lady who is capable of both) asked ‘Gee you always look so cute, do you just dress up for fun or do you work in an office?’
And I said ‘Oh thanks! But yeah I work in an office.’ I did not mention I was participating in a 30 items for 30 days for my ‘style blog’ because that is a weird thing to say to ‘regular people’. While it is always nice to receive a complement all I was really thinking was ‘Loren you need to stop eating here 95 times a week.’
Please excuse the mega winkles in my skirt & shirt. My iron and I are not on speaking terms.
