Loren’s Many Days of Dresses

Dress & Shirt: Thrifted, Scarf: Just Creations.

The Eccentric Owl is doing a ’30 days of dresses’ challenge where she wears all of her dresses in a row. I’m a couple days late because I am forgetful, BUT I think I have I have exactly 30 dresses. I thought this sounded like fun so I am participating, a little belatedly.

This is one of those days that I came home & ‘fixed’ my outfit after work. I took off my stockings & traded my necklace for this scarf. It’s fair trade, I bought it last weekend while I was volunteering. So of course I had to wear it for the blog. Things very rarely sit around in my closet for more than 24 hours before I am pulling them out and figuring out where I can wear them. Also my necklace was boring. So here is me playing with my new scarf.

How fun! I could definitely do that challenge as I own way more dresses than pants. I love how you tied that scarf 3 different ways, so cute :) I like it in your hair.

    Have a great weekend!

The scarf was an excellent decision. I love the print- a little old timey, very ladylike.

I’m pretty sure we’re dress twins because I think I own a VERY similar thrifted black velvet dress. I’ve been looking at it hanging in my closet and haven’t known what to do with it for spring. I think I’ll have to try it with a pretty spring scarf now! Thanks for the inspiration!

Hooray, welcome to the challenge! I love the scarf tied as a bow, and the print is perfect with the black velvet.

You look super cute! I love velvety dresses, but I can never seem to find good ones. And I love the scarf! I have a lot of scarves that I never wear, and you have inspired me to pull them out again!

I love all the different ways you are wearing that scarf. So creative. I need to give my floral scarves some love.

I love your simple look of a black dress and a floral scarf, I LOVe how you tied the scarf to make it look like a necktie. (I’m studying the tie right now trying to figure out how you got such a perfect bow.)
