This skirt is awesome. Have I discussed that yet? I added this tank top into the 30×30 pretty much JUST for this outfit. I think I made the right decision. Wore this to the movies with my Curly-haired-boy last Sunday. We went to get some Thai food, realized that restaurant was closed on Sundays, so we went to the Teriyaki & Sushi restaurant next door because I was to hungry to go any further away. The food was good, but the whole time we were eating the song ‘Mrs. Robinson’ was playing over the radio on loop. It was kind of surreal.

Then we saw X-Men: First Class. Which (NERD ALERT) we both loved. Tony from British Skins is in it as Hank McCoy and he is just super dreamy. Other parts of the movie are good to but Tony… his eyes are just so blue… I know there isn’t supposed to be any clothing shopping during the 30×30 but since I haven’t had a chance to stop by some of my favorite second hand shops we did stop and go shopping that day, but YOU guys don’t get to see how awesome my new red boots or my 80’s floral romper are until after the 30×30. (I’ve already said to much.) I took the yellow scarf purely because WHY IS IT ALWAYS SO COLD IN MOVIE THEATRES? But it still matches right?

I also got to see some friends this weekend that I haven’t seen in a while and they all complimented my round hipster glasses. I sometimes feel a little self conscious about them because I think that certain fashion trends are ‘cooler’ than I am (like thick rimmed hipster glasses). But getting complements from your friends is always gratifying.

Ian-dog and I are looking at the same thing, Curly-haired boy just pulled into his parking space out back.

Also, here is kitty. Whom I have had about 10 years longer than and love JUST as much as Ian-dog, she is just shy, and not terribly photogenic (she likes the dark corners of our apartment the best).
